水性环氧底漆性能特点及适用范围：

水性环氧底漆是双组分水性环氧树脂涂料，A组分为水性环氧树脂及相关水性；B组分主要是水性环氧固化剂。主要用于水性环氧地坪漆的底层涂装，能充分地渗入混凝土结构的毛细孔，具有优异的，其整体无缝和平整的表面使得清洁和维护变得十分容易，它具有优异的耐磨性、耐冲击性，耐酸、碱、盐等多种化学品的腐蚀，附着力强，低VOC含量，环保，气味小，安全性高，透气性优异，不鼓泡，光泽柔和，以水作为分散介质，可在潮湿的环境中施工。是沙发环氧地坪构建体系中最基础的结构系统。可加入适量的石英砂、石英粉作为中涂批刮。适用于医院、食品厂、超市、乳品厂和化妆品厂等需要保持高度清洁的地面及潮湿环境，如地下停车场、一楼地面，要求气味小的场合。

水性环氧底漆施工温度不低于10℃，环境湿度＜90%。涂膜实干前严禁接触水、溶剂等介质。严禁承压，踩踏。环境温度25℃时，涂膜完全固化需要7天；温度越低，完全固化时间越长；温度越高，完全固化时间缩短。详情可咨询迈森相关专业技术人员。
